Join the Friends of Phoenix as we give back to the community through volunteering. This February, we’ll volunteer at the Houston Food Bank sorting food, repacking dry food into family-sized bags and stocking the Portwall Pantry. Volunteers (21+) get a free beer token for use at The Phoenix on Westheimer. We can’t wait to see you there!

CLOSED TOED SHOES are required! Please arrive 15 minutes early! We are scheduled on February 9, 2020, from 9AM-12PM as a group.
• To carpool, please arrive at The Phoenix on Westheimer, 1915 Westheimer Rd, at 8:15am.
• Volunteers MUST be at least 15 years old and supervised by parent or guardian throughout the shift.
• All volunteers under the age of 18 also need a completed Youth Volunteer Consent Form signed by a parent or guardian. A copy of this form can be downloaded by clicking the RESOURCES tab on your Volunteer Profile page.
• Please plan to arrive at least fifteen minutes before your scheduled volunteer shift so you can check in, receive instructions and start on time. If you arrive after the start of your shift, you may have to wait up to 30 minutes for orientation and assignment. If members of your group arrive late, we cannot guarantee they will be able to join you in your assigned project area.
